By using this Website, requesting a quote, or hiring Mack’s Fence & Fix LLC for any services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Use of This Website

This Website is owned and operated by Mack’s Fence & Fix LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.  

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

 

2. Services & Quotes

All quotes provided through this Website or via email/text are estimates only. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, material costs, or client-requested changes.  

Work is performed only after both parties agree in writing (email, text, signed contract, or paid deposit).

 

3. Payment

- A 50% deposit is required to schedule most jobs.  

- Final payment (balance + tax) is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Zelle, or other methods listed on your invoice.

 

4. Scheduling & Delays

Start and completion dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Warranty

Labor is warranted against defects in workmanship for 1 year from completion.  

Up to 3 complimentary service calls are included for minor adjustments.  

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, acts of nature, or materials supplied by the client or others.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mack’s Fence & Fix LLC is not responsible for:

- Pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during work  

- Consequential or indirect damages  

- Damage caused by others after we leave the job site  

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid us for the project.

 

7. Photos & Testimonials

We may take before/after photos of completed work for marketing purposes (website, Google, social media). We will never show your full address or personal details without permission. Let us know if you prefer we don’t use photos of your project.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (text, photos, logos, designs) is owned by Mack’s Fence & Fix LLC or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted here with the “Last updated” date.
